What in the World is Going On - April 05
The Bushies are driving me nuts lately. They are trying to continually push the envelope to force their agendas upon the unsuspecting citizens of this country.
Bogus Energy Policy ignoring the finite resources of oil and gas. More drilling, more money for big Oil, nothing for the development of alternate sources like wind, solar and hydrogen.
Bogus War Policy - seemingly no exit strategy out of Iraq, more guys dying everyday, reminds me of when I was a kid watching the daily death tolls coming out of Nam. Cant believe it is happening again. Although I should not be surprised as i watch the war and violence between Israel and Palestine just like in the 60's.
Bogus Appointees - this Bolton guy put up as the representative to the UN. Come on, what are you kidding me. This guy is so way out for this position, he could possibly cause WW 3.
What else can I rant about. Tired gotta go.

Took me awhile to figure out out how to get back here since I forgot passwords. They all just came back to me tonight as I stumbled back on my old Blogs.
It is now March, early March, and winter is raising its head before the warmer breezes of spring roll in. Looking to get some warmth going here in Jersey. I want to see some green, get the garden in, build some new fences, hang the birdhouses, rip out some bushes that have been pissing me off and see nature flourish out in my backyard.
Time to go and dream

Penn State Football Weekend:
Cousin Frankie put together a hell of a weekend by organizing a little jaunt out to State College to watch big time college football. Frankie's son, Eric, is a Sophomore, and neck deep into the frat scene. Joining us were a bunch of other cousins and we all headed out to the Super 8 to spend 2 nights doing it up in College Town USA.
Get in Friday night, check in and head downtown to Beaver Street, aptly named, I might add. Hit a college nightspot, Zenos, saw a kick ass band,(dont know name). Played everything from Blondie to the Mighty Bosstones.
Spent a late night drinking, smoking a stogie or two and hanging out with a bunch of folks, I rarely get to see, my cuzins. My main man, Cuz Chris, couldnt make it due to a case of the bronchial stuff. Missed him.
Saturday was cool starting off with a tailgate at 1oam, beers, burgers and sausages in a muddy field with a slight mist in the air and occassional rain burst. Not too cold, not too wet, so it wasnt all that bad.
The game was against Mich St. PS wooped em hard in the second half and the place went nuts. Much better than if they got blown out like they had several times this season.
Game over, happy fans, back to the Tailgate, more beers, more barbecue sausage, chicken and what ever was left. Hanging with pledges from Eric's house.
Nice to be back at college atleast for a night or two. Still can party with the best of em, I gotta say.
